"Finally Found the Perfect Cabinet Pulls!"
I got my hands on the Brass Transitional cabinet pulls and I’m absolutely smitten; totally worth every penny. Besides the stunning hardware, the customer service was exceptional. I struggled to find exactly what I was looking for and procrastinated until the renovation was nearly done, but thankfully, Alex, Cathy, and the rest of the crew managed to speed up the shipping. They were packed so securely that they didn’t move an inch. Big thanks to the whole team! I honestly didn’t expect anyone to get back to me.

"Absolutely worth the cash..."
I've placed multiple orders with Forge Hardware, and every single time, I'm blown away by how eager the team is to assist in making my order just right. Awesome hardware and great customer support!! I had a last-minute change in my project and needed to swap out the hardware for all my kitchen cabinets just three days before installation. Forge really stepped up for me, getting my order ready to ship in just a few business hours and even overnighting it - incredible. "Warning Signs!"
The first warning sign is that you can only reach this company via email. No phone support at all.
The second warning sign is their return policy, which is just 14 days. I can't think of any construction job that wraps up in that short a time frame.
You really need to nail it on the first try, or you might find yourself in a tough spot with Forge Hardware Studio.
Keep looking! There are better deals and customer service options out there!

"Absolutely Fantastic!"
I got the Charlie knobs and handles in champagne bronze for my freshly done kitchen. They look stunning! The hue and finish is just the right warm gold - exactly what I envisioned - not overly shiny or bright, and definitely not a washed-out yellow. The delivery was super quick, and the team was really quick to answer any questions I had before placing my order. I highly suggest these!

"Fantastic Knobs and Handles from Forge Hardware"
The knobs and handles we got from Forge Hardware are just perfect. They look incredible in our new kitchen!!! Absolutely love 'em.
But you know what really made the experience shine? Their customer service! When we noticed one knob had a tiny blemish and another we ordered later was a bit off in color, they jumped right on it. They checked their stock, found two that matched our existing ones, and shipped 'em out the very same day!
It's the service that really makes a difference, and theirs was absolutely on point.

"Awesome Business"
Awesome business! I'm based in New Zealand and my handles arrived in just 5 days. The customer service is outstanding—they were super helpful and even offered a way to speed up my delivery since I was on a tight schedule. But the best part is that the handles are gorgeous and of excellent quality. I wouldn't search anywhere else for handles.

"Perfect Door Pulls in Champagne Bronze"
I got the Champagne Bronze door pulls from Forge Hardware for the entrance to my 'She Spa' ~ They look stunning, showed up fast, and are truly unmatched. "Fabulous Brass Pull Handles"
I gotta say, these brass pull handles are just fantastic! They're crafted beautifully and the quality is top-notch. Shipping to Ireland was super quick, taking under a week.
